my sweet daddy, battled weeping legs for eight months he had to keep his legs completely wrapped all day every day and this was his favorite wound care product. They work GREAT!!! They hold fluid like nothing else. BUT,!!!!! The price of these are absolutely stupid! And there are cheaper brands that hold just as well. We didn’t find them until the end. My dad passed away due to other issues but no ins covered these and I paid out of pocket for them for him until we found the other ones

Depending on the size of your wound will determine which size Optilock you need. Unfortunately for me I have to use the largest of the sizes, 8x12in Optilock. Which is expensive...... however you do not have to worry if your wounds are going to keep producing. exudate that will keep you from living the best quality life that you can considering the lemons life has given you. Optilock is non adherent, provides a moist healing environment, locks away excess drainage, is very comfortable as it flexs with your movement, and now you can skip the daily changes to every other day or whatever your schedule may be. Can't really put a price on feeling a little less anxious, save my sanity, and get a good night's sleep.

I like does keep wound dry for a day and a half should be made a little better but not a bad product too expensive for the amount you get they're very cheaply made and they should not be taking advantage of somebody by price gouging

Worth every penny. They are very thin but soak up an amazing amount of fluids. I think they are more comfortable than ABD pads as there is no bulk. You will need tape as they are nonadhesive. I use silicone tape as it is easy on skin and does not itch. Liquids run right off the outside, keeping your wound uncontaminated. I wouldn't shower without some kind of protection like a cast cover or a plastic bag sealed with tape. I have recommended these to other people.

These bandages were recommended by wound care specialists, and they work well. They are comfortable and offer good absorbency and wound protection.

This dressing has lasted up to 12 hours for a heavily draining wound when all other dressings lasted no more than 2 hours. These are worth every penny!
