Helpful to reduce pain from plantar wart on foot
The wart was painful to walk on. These pads helped solve that problem. The adhesive wasn't the best so I added tape to keep the pads in place through a full day on my feet.

Helped me heal
My podiatrist recommended these as I was having great toe pain due to bruised sesamoid bones (part of the padding under my big toe that contacts the floor when walking). The photo here shoes the pad stuck to the foot, but I am allergic to adhesives so I stuck it to my sock. The adhesive is REALLY sticky. So this ruined a couple pairs of socks. Then I decided to put it inside my shoes. I removed the insole and measured perfectly where my foot would land. Note: if you choose this method, check two or three times that everything is lined up before you remove the adhesive backing. Once in place it is extremely difficult to remove. It is a perfect thickness and once inside my shoe, it allowed me to exercise every day without pain. Once the padding wore down enough (several months) that my sesamoids were touching the ground again, it took me a bit of time to remove the pad to replace it. Since I knew I would put another one down, I did not remove all the sticky (which would have been impossible). I replaced the pad twice (so about every 4 months) until my shoes were worn out enough that they needed replaced. When I got new shoes, I walked without the dancers pad and it appears that my sesamoid bones have healed. Such an easy solution to such a painful problem.

I ordered these for my wife, she said they work good.

Bit thin
Only problem is how thin they are. They stay stuck on for many days and survive showers well. But they are thinner than others on line, so my foot hurts by the end of the day when I do my usual walking .

Worst product ever! Buyer Beware!
I'm so disappointed, $15.00 for these and they don't even stay on for 10 minutes! The adhesive isn't worth a darn, it sticks initially and losens immediately, not staying in place. Money wasted! Don't waste your money, you will be very disappointed!

Great for padding the ball of your foot
I’ve used these for years. Great quality and I can even leave them on in the shower. It is a bit of a challenge to get he paper to separate from the sticky part of the pad but 3M’s great adhesive makes it worth it. I highly recommend this produce

Works well, adheres great, but hard to separate the adhesive cover
These pads work great, but pulling the adhesive cover from the pad sometimes takes 5 minutes or more. A pre-cut notch or pre-cut line across the cover would make it easier to get a fingernail under the cover. Instead, you are left to working your way around the edge of the pad and coaxing an edge to work its way loose to get to the adhesive surface.
