Have been using the Kona Seasalt Magnesium Drops. For couple of months and I think it's working. Haven't been waking up as often in the middle of the night with painful leg cramps. Have to remember to take it 2 times a day, but it seems to be helping!

This is by far the BEST way I have found to consume magnesium. I add it to every bottle or thermos I drink, along with a little pinch of Celtic gray salt. The only way to get your electrolytes as far as I am concerned.

I purchased my first bottle of this solution at the salt factory in Hawaii where it is produced. When I ran out, I wanted to get more and was pleased to see it available through Amazon. I add a 'squirt' to my bedtime tea and find that it is a great sleep aid. It helps me fall asleep quickly and remain asleep all night. The next morning I awake rested and refreshed. I love this stuff and intend to be a steady customer from here on out.

We bought this on Big Island and loved it. Glad that Amazon carries it even though price is higher.
