Its fast, its powerful. You cant ask for much more. 1080p gaming at ultra settings is ezpz. D4 and Bg3 run like a charm. Make sure you connect those sticks so your Bluetooth picks up your stuff( controllers and such). If you ever had a gaming rig before you get that the fans do their thing, they are pretty quite. Im giving it the warm welcome(24hrs on) and the fans keep it nice and cool. If you get the same rig as me, I gotta say it is a beast. Feel free to buy this and enjoy!!

for the price it should come with a wireless keyboard and mouse, the one it comes with are OK but its old school. the lights are neat to see but not needed. it's quiet and runs fine but it might change after a few games are downloaded. it was easy to set up.

My GPU recently burnt out I’ve only had my PC for a few months not even a year yet. So I have made contact to IT with a lot of effort. It’s hard to talk to someone on the phone, hard to speak through the chat, and it takes days just to receive an email back. I finally got with someone and I was able to ship my GPU to them to try and receive a replacement. Due to packing the GPU suffered minor damaged, and the warranty doesn’t cover cosmetics. After asking if it could be fixed I was told no, and I would have to buy an entire new GPU for $600, after only having the PC for a short period of time. I am not too happy with the part all together inside the PC and I am terrified if something would burn out again just because the IT isn’t up to part, and the warranty is bad.

I have had nothing but good things to say about this PC over the month or so I have had it. This PC has no problem running first person shooters, or games like Minecraft on max settings with mods/ shaders. I have had no issues running discord or spotify behind my games while maintaining an exceptional gaming experience. I did not utilize tech support for the simple fact that I did not need it; Set up is straight forward and any instructions you need are given in the package. Speaking on packaging, I was impressed by how well the PC was protected for shipping. I was skeptical about buying a PC online with the worry I would receive a damaged product after spending my time and money waiting for it. However, this was not the case. I was very pleased to pull my PC out and find it didn't have so much as a scratch on it and that it booted up wonderfully. All RGB lighting setup is incredibly easy; I could customize the front fans separately from the inner one to have multiple colors inside my PC. Not only does this PC perform wonderfully with anything I throw at it, but it also looks amazing doing it.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered this a month ago took two weeks to reach and when it came it now has a GPU ISSUE which I can’t fix or return so they just left me high and dry and now I have to buy a new gpu just to fix the problem and it keeps restarting it’s basically unusable I wouldn’t recommend

GTX 3070, R5 5600 variant. it worked out of the box. components were as expected, MSI GPU, ASUS mobo and PSU. Ram was a strange brand, but worked fine. Ordered Q3 2021, prices are inflated due to the shortages so it's hard to talk about value in any meaningful context. Gamers Nexus did a critical review of these PC's and they are the best he's found yet, I'd recommend checking those out. The PC came with a low quality mouse and keyboard that worked fine. I didn't need to contact tech support for anything. The only bummer was the antenna for the wireless adapter, I'd recommend getting some 90deg swivel antenna's instead of this cheesy stand antenna on a long cable.
