Bought in 2021
We love these. they are easy to put together and fun to decorate. We bought two last Christmas (2021) but one was missing the hinges for the door. Still she has played with it all year with no complaints

Nice set but MSRP is way too high
Got this for my daughter for Christmas. It's a nice set, but I have a few gripes with it. The tree looks cute and I think children will love the interactive element with the die and the glow in the dark leaves. The leaves don't stay very well put.The particular set we got already had scratches on the base, maybe someone returned this set. Since Santa brought it, it is difficult to explain why this might need to be returned. I might try reaching out to Playmobil directly and ask whether they can assist us.The box seems way too big for the contents. They pack the fairies in a special small box to make it look "premium" or high end, but I think it's unnecessary and just adds to waste. They do also include a "background" made of cardboard, nice touch, but I don't need it and I rather pay less and have a smaller box. This is also the case for the tree house of this Ayuma series, a lot of "filler boxes" inside a big box.I also find that it is a little disappointing that there are no explanations for the symbols on the die or I missed them. Sure, you could make up your own, but I wish there was something to give an idea. My child initially asked what the symbols meant.I like the background story and the fantasy world that Playmobil created for the Ayuma series and it's nice that they put this story printed in the instructions. All in all, this tree is not a toy I would give to someone who didn't specifically wish for it since it is not a set that can be used in various different ways. The suggested retail price is also way too high and overpriced. I paid a fraction of it and this seems about right.
