I have really delicate dry skin. I don't often wear makeup, but when I do, I need to get every bit of it off or else I break out or my pores clog and I end up with what seems like instant blackheads. I've never understood how people can wear heavy cosmetics without ruining their skin. But then, maybe covering it all up is why they wear it in the first place. A-N-Y-W-A-Y...years ago I discovered a Lancome cleanser that melted and removed every trace of makeup and left my skin soft and clean without feeling dry or stripped of moisture. It was a cream-to-oil cleanser that liquefied at body temperature that was designed for oily skin and cleansed without water. In fact, mixing it with water wrecked the deep cleansing and makeup removing effectiveness of it. Once all my makeup AND eye makeup was dissolved, I could just wipe everything off with a damp cloth and then rinse my face in warm water. Presto. I didn't have oily skin, but the woman at the counter raved at what a miracle makeup remover it was, so I tried it, and it proved to be everything she'd said. Naturally, Lancome discontinued the product and I could never find anything like it. I was able to find more on the eBay and hoarded what I could find, but eventually, I ran out, and no one seemed to offer anything like it...until now. FARMACY NATURAL MAKEUP REMOVER IS THE BOMB! A little goes a long way. It looks like a cream, but it liquefies on contact with my skin. I go all over my face (and eyes!) in light circular motions until everything is completely loose and dissolved, and then wipe it all away with a damp cloth. Just like before. Then I rinse, rinse, rinse with warm water. My skin is fresh and clean with no trace of makeup left behind. It completely dissolves long lasting lipstick/lip liner and water proof eye makeup in nothing flat. No dryness, no redness, no stripping. It's just grand. I am so relieved to have found this product! I recommend it highly...but DON'T mix it with any water until you are ready to remove it from your face. Be sure to use a damp wash cloth to wipe your face before you rinse, otherwise I don't think everything comes off. If needed, after rinsing, if you want to follow up with your regular cleanser, or do a repeat with this cleanser, that would be up to you, but depending on your primer/foundation/powder etc., you shouldn't need to. I never have. I don't even need moisturizer after cleansing. I just use this stuff, rinse, pat my face dry, and head off to bed. Sweet! And the scent is wonderful. Refreshing and relaxing all at the same time. One other thought. As I mentioned before, my old Lancome product was made as a cleanser for oily skin, not especially as a makeup remover. It's only a guess, but if I had really oil skin, I'd try this cleanser whether I wore makeup or not. I think this product is probably going to prove to be way more than just a makeup remover.

This product works well with my sensitive skin, and removes makeup very well. This is kinda small compared to the one I bought at Sephora. But for the price it is fair. It is greasy but hydrating.

This is the best cleansing balm I have found to date and the first to not irritate my eyes! I use this as the first step in a double cleanse to remove makeup (including waterproof mascara) and sunscreen, or by itself on makeup-free days because it cleans without leaving my dry skin feeling stripped. I like that it is fragrance-free (a skin irritant that no one needs!), effortlessly melts into skin, removes makeup/sunscreen/dirt/excess oil/pollution, and washes away cleanly leaving my skin soft and with no residual residue. Highly recommend!

I'm tired. I'm sleepy. I know I have to take off my sunscreen and do my double cleansing, but I'm sooooo tired. This is a great makeup and sunscreen remover balm. It is economical as I don't use a lot. It's moisturizing, so my skin barrier is safe. It gets rid of every trace, and it's so sinfully easy to use that it makes washing up easier. Score!

This is my 3rd repurchase. Very smooth melting balm. Removes mascara,glitter and waterproof makeup. Doesn't break me out. Left feeling clean!

This makeup cleansing balm works wonderfully. It smells and feels great on the skin and does a great job cleansing the skin of dirt and makeup without irritation even around the eyes. I knocked off one star just because it’s so expensive. But it does work really well.

Love, love this stuff. Smells great! Lime scented. Works great and my skin looks and feels awesome. I’ve ordered several different brands and loved this one so much more. To me, was worth the price.

Perfect makeup remover!! It feels amazing on my skin and gets most of my makeup off before I use my facial cleanser! I have sensitive, acneic skin and it has never caused me to break out. I definitely can’t go without it now and bought multiple recently to put in my mom and sisters’ Christmas stockings this year!

your product did not feel the same upon usage compared to the same product as bought from sephora (leaves a terrible residue)

J’ai commandé le petit format d’essai qui m’a duré environ 1 semaine et j’ai commandé le format 100 ml tout de suite après car je l’aime vraiment beaucoup! Il est très doux et parfait pour un premier nettoyage. Il enlève bien le mascara, mais il faut frotter doucement quelques secondes. J’utilise ensuite mon nettoyant moussant pour enlever le résidu gras. J’ai lu des commentaires disant qu’il laisse un résidu gras, mais je crois que ce type de baume nécessite un second nettoyage et pour ma part, il laisse ma peau vraiment propre et douce. J’ai une peau normale et je n’ai fait aucun boutons ni réaction (peau ou yeux) depuis que je l’utilise. J’adore son odeur citronnée et le fait qu’il n’est pas testé sur les animaux!
