Awesome racket for beginners to intermediate players!
Shipping was fast and on time. It arrived well packaged in an oversize box and it was pre-strung - so not sure about the string used or the tension. The racket is over-sized with a really large sweet spot. It has plenty of pop to it as well as a decent amount of spin. It is super-light but still keeps vibration down to negligible levels. It is also surprisingly maneuverable and I was able to volley with it pretty comfortably. The one issue I have with it is control - not to say it's hard to control, it just seems to lack the precision that you might find in a player's racket. And because of this - after trying it out I had to pass on it. However rather than returning it - I passed this on to my wife and she loves it. It's raised her game up several notches. Because the racket offers so much more oomph - she has stopped trying to muscle the ball and her technique has become much smoother and more rhythmic - and this has actually made her strokes and serves more consistent and controlled even though the racket per-se is not all that precise. All in all - I have to say this is a great racket for beginners to intermediate players. It will improve your game dramatically. As for durability - I have no idea, we've just had this racket for a few days. That said - no racket lasts for ever. Strings will break, racket frames will break - some of it is because of manufacturing defects. Sometimes it is because of improper stringing. Sometimes it is because of improper storage - keeping your rackets outside in the garage or in your car in really cold or really hot weather will warp and damage the frame. If you want to make your frame last longer, there are a few things you can do -1. store the racket in-doors2. if the string breaks - use scissors and cut the other strings (horizontal and vertical) in an L-shape so that the frame is not unevenly stressed3. get the racket unstrung and then get it restrung per your specs.4. if you are not going to play for a long time - cut the strings (as described in 2) and get it restrung when you are going to restart5. don't take out your temper on the racket :)Note: none of the above are essential, don't stress if you cant follow them religiously. If you really like a frame - just buy a spare or two.p.s. If you are an intermediate player - consider getting an unstrung version and restring it with 17 gauge at 60 lbs. It gives it a much better feel and control actually becomes somewhat decent.p.p.s. 16 gauge is more durable but has less feel than 17 gauge. And obvious corollary - 18 gauge has better feel but is less durable than 17 gauge.p.p.p.s. If you are not sure about this racket (or any other), just demo it first. Great racket!
I love this racket! I bought my first one two years ago was happy it was still available and at such a great price. It's light and has an oversized head. Perfect for beginners and even though I'm a more advanced player now, I wouldn't think of buying a different one.

Solid, perfect balance, great racquet
This is a wonderful racquet for a very good intermediate down through beginner. It is well balanced and has an excellent feel in that the weight of the racquet is just right. When the ball is hit, there is a nice solid feel and zero "ping". I bought this racquet for my husband who is a solid intermediate player. It's amazing how much more accurate he is, and how hard he can hit the ball with this racquet. The larger sweet spot may account for this. He loves this racquet and now I want one.

Solid racket!!!
Really a great racket for the price. I took a chance buying it with out trying it. Was not sure it was a good racket for an advanced player. I actually am buying a second one.I do recommend!!!

Wilson K Zero
Racquet is great! It is light weight, and I added lead tape to the head to increase the power. My request for racquet was ignored, however, even though I emailed my desire for it promptly.

Wow! My favorite Frame!
I’ve owned 2 K Zeros now.The control, comfort, over size sweet spot and weight make this a great $100 racquet.Stock Wilson strings are fine but switch to Babolat RPM when you re-string and you’ll never find a better under $200 stick.Power is moderate , but fine for club level swingers. It’s all about angles, placement and keep ‘em deep, make ‘em weep anyway.

Racket came dinged and broken strings.
A few dings and strings are broken. Pretty sure I just purchased a used racket. Going out to use soon and if it doesn't work well I'll be returning.

I am very pleased with this purchase
I am very pleased with this purchase. Because of where I am located, I have not had the opportunity to use mine yet. It states that it is a red color. It is more of a burgundy/wine color. Some, like me, would almost consider it a deep purple. It is a Wilson brand, so it stands behind that quality. The handle grip is very nice. From the other reviews I read before purchasing this, it is a racket worth the money paid, however, it may have to be re-strung. I purchased it with the understanding that that may happen. I would recommend this racket to others. It states it is for beginning/intermediate players. So, if you are looking for a more professional racket, I would probably recommend a higher end racket. For those looking for a nice quality racket with less experience, I would recommend this one. Highly recommend!
