This product was a Christmas gift from my daughter and it was a great idea. I liked it and it was easy to use. I could use it to stretch my back and even pop it occasionally, however that only lasted about 3 months. I was using it the other night just like I have in the past and while I was leaning back on it, it broke while I was mid-stretch. Luckily, I don't think it hurt me much besides a pinch on my mid back. Overall, the product works well while the design could use some reinforcement or a redesign to ensure the plastic doesn't break under stress.

I've seen those videos on tiktok and I knew they over exaggerate their reaction but I decided to try it out. I felt more pain than comfort and was a bit of a struggle to assemble properly. In conclusion, leaning back on a chair does a better job than this product.

Exactly like the photos. Doesn’t crack your back like I kinda thought it would but it’s still a good stretch. Came very fast.

Cheap hard plastic.

It doesn’t crack you back and it doesn’t help you stretch, only causes you to have more back pain and is extremely hard to set up the different “setting” to “relieve “ back pain I attempted to put together but ended up breaking a nail literally clean off, this is the worst purchase I’ve ever did! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
