It's nice to be able to buy in larger amounts. I keep this in a sealed jar and use it when making my favorite Indian dishes - good product!

I haven't used it yet but very familiar with this product line from the Caribbean. This is one of the best tasting curry powder you'll ever find. To really enjoy it, don't use coconut milk, just sauté the curry in some oil with onions , then add some water and meat. Cook for 15 mins or so then enjoy with white rice or naan bread/rotie.
