Much Smoother Ride
I'm pleased with this purchase. Installed the Suntour SP12 on a RadRover 5. The ride is much, much better and now I'll not have to change the seat. Couple this with the Tannus liners and I have an entirely different and greatly improved ride on the RR5.

Avoid this seller
Avoid this seller, I bought this it didn't fit, Nothing wrong with the product, just say too high on my bike. I initiated a refund. I had to provide them a photo of it, send it back with a tracking number. When they received it they told me I had sent back a different size seat post and asked if I was sure I didn't have an extra one that I may have sent back the wrong one. Like I have shock absorbing seat posts laying around. No I don't have others, that's why I'm buying one from you. I had to contact Amazon who resolved my issue immediately, buyer beware

Took almost three weeks to arrive. Terrible delivery estimates.
Will be installing tomorrow. Expect no problems.. Took way too long to arrive. This is not normal for Amazon. Not a happy buyer.

Absorbs bumps like magic

Far superior to the Thudbuster seat post I had before this.
after two separate, thud buster seat posts failed, and literally fell apart. I was a little dubious that this would do the job. Roads in NY state being the way they are you can't really ride without suspension. but this has proven to be very comfortable and took literally five mininutes to install my saddle on and put on the bike. will definitely buy this again for my other bikes.

Very good cantilevered shock seat post for the money
Just make sure if you have a basket mounted on the back of your bike that the down and back action of the shock doesnt contact your basket. It can be a problem fitting some bikes depending on the height you set your seat stem at with the basket. I luckily have the seat post at its highest point so its not an issue, but it wouldnt work on my wifes bike due to her lower seat setting.I do really like the seat post. Good quality. Looks great. Works well. I'm 6'3", 230# and It doesnt bottom out.
