Purchased these swivels for fishing. Fishing with grandkids is fun, but tying on hooks slows the fun down. With these swivels I can put on a new hook in seconds. My wife uses the larger swivels for her hanging decorations outside.

This seemed like a great deal - and it was, at a little over three cents per swivel - but I'll probably end up using only the smaller two sizes and even those are a bit larger than what I usually buy. The assortment runs to the larger end, more suitable for large lures and bigger tackle, for things like big bass, northerns, or muskie. I fish mostly for trout and panfish and use small, less-visible swivel snaps when I use them at all.Still, there are a bunch of even the smaller two sizes, so I'll be set for a while and can always give the bigger ones to friends who use those sizes. The plastic box these come in seems fairly sturdy and should hold up, as I'll store it and only pack a couple dozen swivels in my fishing vest at a time. A good deal, nice product, and very useable.

Had to basically gut a catfish after this thing stretched apart trying to get the hook out. I would be scared to hook a big fish with these holding my leeder on. Aside fron that they work as expected.
