Pony wall shower niche
I had a pony wall built in my new shower. Instead of leaving it blank, I added this small niche in there for additional storage for my wife and for her to put her foot on to shave her legs. It's hidden from plain sight, which is nice. She uses a lot of space and products in the shower so this extra storage is nice. It's ready to be tiled on top of, which makes it easy for any GC to get the job done.Highly recommend it. Shipped fast and low cost comparative to others.

Worked as advertised
Worked exactly as expected. Very sturdy. I wouldn't have put a niche in our shower if we had to custom make it because it's asking for leaks down the road. This is an excellent water proof option and after convincing my tile guy, who hates working with new things, he said it stuck fantastic and would definitely use it again.

Great Product
Just remodeled my bathroom & installed this in my shower !! If you plan on having a niche in your shower for soap, shampoo bottles etc. Then this is the product to use. They come in many shapes sizes. They are super easy to install and are waterproof and you just tile right to the material that’s it’s made out of. I was going to make a niche with cement board but I became skeptical that water could sit on the shelves and possibly leak thru the grouting over time and get thru to the cement board. With these niche’s that can’t possibly happen there water proof. And it looks great in the shower after it’s tiled.

Good product, just overpriced for a piece of plastic
I installed this as part of a shower tile project. Good quality product, easy to install. I only knocked it one star due to the price which I feel is overpriced for a cast piece of plastic. In lieu of building a niche from scratch, this makes install very easy. Don't know if it was necessary, but the only "modification" I made was to lightly score numerous cross-hatching in all surfaces with a utility knife to promote better adhesion for the thinset. May not have been an issue, but the surface looked mighty smooth and felt that it couldn't hurt to give the thinset something to bite into a little.

recommended, nice flush fit for shower
As a homeowner, I installed this as part of a walk in shower. It was easy to install and was exactly what I was looking for. This worked well with the concrete board, was a nice flush fit that didn't leave a bump or ridge. Looks nice finished with tile over it.
