Works pretty well for acid reflux

I have GORD/acid reflux and this is a lifesaver. This is a LOT thicker than the double action and the taste is slightly gross due to the texture. This offers great relief though and you won't be able to find a cheaper alternative with the same quality. It is expensive, but it is good value for money.

Started using it along with Gourmet Reflux, Vanilla caramel flavor, that I have gotten used to over the past two years. Chat GPT suggested, Gaviscon Advance Uk version, saying it has a stronger barrier and lasts longer than Gourmet Reflux. Also said can use both, Gourmet Reflux first and then Gaviscon right before bed. Seems to be working. However, Peppermint taste flavor of Gaviscon is a bit hard to get used to. I usually rinse out my mouth with water after taking both.

Works when other medicines don’t

As simple as that: it will relief instantly heartburn and reflux. It’s quite thick so it’ll create a barrier from anything coming up. It’s soothing. Peppermint taste is pleasant too. I have a hiatal hernia and this works perfectly for it; my gastro recommends it
