I really like this Gatorade Zero powder. It’s very convenient and easy to carry, especially for workouts, travel, or busy days. The flavor is refreshing and not too sweet, which I appreciate, and it mixes well with water without leaving any residue. It helps me stay hydrated without adding sugar or unnecessary calories. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone who wants electrolytes and good taste without the sugar. I would definitely buy it again.

If you love orange Gatorade that is already mixed up you will love these packets even more. There is a slight tang to the orange flavor, almost a hint of lemon. Anyways, I open a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle of water and drink a little of the water out of the bottle, then add a packet of Gatorade powder and mix it up really well by shaking vigorously. The result is perfectly orange flavored water! For the past week I've been experiencing muscle cramps in my legs and I think it may have been due to electrolyte balances being off or maybe being dehydrated in the depth of winter. Anyways I have several flavors of Gatorade packets and have been using them to good effect. These arrived today so I drank another bottle and I must say I'm quite satisfied with the physical results as I am no longer having muscle cramping! I think these little packets are very easy to keep on hand and they mix up completely in water. Here is to drinking your Gatorade and not having to deal with a whole lot of sugar. I like the taste. personal preference. works great for me because I get a large cup of water at the golf course and just add that in. they don't take up any space so I always have some in my bag. mixes easy and keeps me hydrated better than water.

It is Gatorade orange flavor and sugar free. Tastes good, not much more I can say about the item.
