Picture shows 4 colors green, blue, pink and purple. It arrived with white, green, purple and pink.I was expecting to receive the item as shown in the description.

Cute &fun hat. I'm giving this 3 stars because of course it's cheap material .But cute just going to wear it with my swimsuits .

Fun, vibrant, good quality for the price.
Great vibrant colors, good quality for the price. I stuffed the inside of each hat the night before with plastic bags to get the shape of the hats to stay upright. I removed the bags for the day of the event and the hats held their shape.

Super fun novelty hat
I have nothing negative to say. Colors were vibrant, hats adjustable. Used for an evening boat party that had a blacklight feature. Did its purpose to make my husband's 40th BDay Glow Yachty Party fun!
