this has been the best help towards helping me feel good again
I've been trying to overcome hypothetical event worry for about a year now. I first started with the Anxiety and Worry Workbook by Beck and Clark, and then The Worry Cure, by Leahy. All of these books were to some degree helpful on my journey towards overcoming hypothetical event worry. However, this book, Overcoming Worry and Generalised Anxiety, has helped me more in the past two months of using it, then those two books have done for me over the past other 10 months. The authors truly understand the multi-factorial nature of worry, and help you, the reader, uproot it at each and every corner. If you've been dealing with considerable worry, please check this book out. I first hand know the distress it can cause on someone's life. So far, this has been the best help towards helping me feel good again.

Detailed and helpful
I bought this book to overcome any anxiety I had and over time i managed to conquer it by the detailed and accurate nature of what causes anxiety. This book helped and so i decided to give it away to someone close to me and they have read some pages and it has started to help them as well. I would always recommend any "Overcoming..." books due to simplicity and detailed information they provide.
