Very sharp and peels with an ease. No extra efforts. Only you have to put some force when you need Julienne.

I only used it once and the blade has already fallen off. I tried putting it back together but I couldn’t. Also, I’m seeing rust even though it claimed to be stainless steel. Very poor quality. Wasted my money.

Works well and do be careful it is very sharp. I love using this to jazz up my salads. I used to buy my carrots pre cut Julienne but they seemed so woody or tasteless. I now make my own and wow what a difference it tastes amazing. I now add all kinds of veggies like parsnips, beats etc. It is easy to use, looks great and most importantly it makes my salads so much better. I highly recommend it.

I wanted a really reliable and super sharp vegetable and fruit peeler. I don't have any use for the julienne side of the tool in my everyday work...but it's a nice addition for the price and great 2 in 1 convenience. I was surprised at how light weight the peeler is. It feels great in my hands and is super easy to handle. I love how sharp it is. I do a TON of prep work in a professional kitchen breaking down melons and pineapple and other tough fruits and veggies. This tool has made my work ten times more efficient.
