The product works great. I use it to wash my mom's hair. She is in a wheelchair and unable to stand for long periods. Great product

I use this to help direct water into a bathtub while washing family members hair. I place a chair with it's back to the side of the tub, they sit, I wrap a towel around their neck, then place this 3/4 blown up around their neck. The velcro is too tight over a towel, which is needed, so ***I use dollar tree velcro strips to extend the fasteners. *** The back part bends when 3/4 blown up, so puts less pressure on the neck, but still keeps water directed into the tub. ****I use this with the KEDSUM Portable Camping Shower (it's shower hose with a recirculating device on the bottom and a small shower head on top or a head like the sink spray). It gives me more time with hot water, and I have a 5 gal. i keep clean water in for the last rinse. This is easier than trying to wash her hair in the tub because she can keep her clothes on longer to stay warmer. It's a win for me, so I recommend it.

We needed something to use on my mother who is in a nursing home. She sits in a wheelchair and it was difficult to clean her hair. This works pretty well when we get it in the right position. The troughs could be a bit deeper to guide the water, but for the most part it does the job well.

This was to be used for a very short person (4'9") in a wheelchair. However given the height of the sink, the water would come back toward her head. Also the portion that went around the neck could not be adjusted well so it meant that water went down her neck. We tried it backed up to the bathtub but the long portion of the unit is flimsy enough that it would not stand out but rather flop down. It is easy to inflate and the concept is a good one but it cannot be customised for each person.

It just doesn’t stay inflated when, you attempt to seal it with a vacuum or by blowing into it with your lungs, simply DON’T PURCHASE, THE SELLER likely knows but doesn’t care and just wants to make money.

Initially I thought this was flimsy because it wouldn’t allow me to inflate it really big. But I later discovered that it needed to be that way in order for the head to sit properly. My only issue was finding a chair to hold my daughter’s head at the right height. She loved it. We didn’t have any leaks or water splashing. This thing rocks!
