Alot of people can save themselves from going to the Dr. and research more instead of going to hear bad news. And as a truck driver, in order to get my medical card renewed, I have to take an sleep apnea test and I know I would've failed my physical. I'M OVERWEIGHT! But, I'm doing my weight. To add insult to injury, I smoked Black& Mild Cigars. Inhaling them.I was having dry cough, couldn't cough up phlegm and as an result, got an nasty sore throat trying to cough it up (I know this may sound like it's an robot talking but I'm a real human being), nose was really stuffy, and I'm wheezing while I'm trying to sleep. Can you image, sleeping wrong, waking up trying to catch your breath? I had to catch my breath when I'm trying to keep up at work. I got tried of being tired. I've seen other products about clearing lungs but I'm on a budget. I've decided to go with this brand because I've heard of Mullein. I've took it. I've noticed it was working but at first, didn't pay full attention until early this morning. I'm working fast for eight hours non stop. Now, to be fair, I'm taking other vitamins but, I can honestly say, my breathing was normal. Today is 05/08/23. This third day taking it. The stuffiness of my nose is very minimum. The place I work at, we move at a fast pace. I'm breathing normal. I'm waiting till it gets a little warmer to go bicycling. I've smoked again (black& mild) a few times and asked myself, "why did I do it?". I don't have an urge to smoke anymore. When I wake up, my nose is not stuffy anymore. I can't say I regret not finding out sooner because it wasn't meant but it came when I really needed it and didn't hesitate to act on it to possibly save my life. Now, this product may NOT be for some but this certainly is working well for me. I hope the company who made this product sees this review. I want to say from my heart, Thank you very much. I'm very appreciative. I'm about to order this product again to stock up on it. I hope this, at least, give someone some hope, who doesn't like going to the Dr., be inspired to take time to work to take care of your body before you have to take something prescribed for the rest of your life.

The media could not be loaded. I hate when I buy a bottle and they put a giant label on it blocking crucial information. I can't see everything clearly, with this I can. I've been taking this for a few weeks now. No bad side effects

Alright I had been vaping a while on top of smoking and started noticing it was making me sick. The cartridges and dabs. So I started coughing up black and brown stuff in my mucus and it scared me. Well I started taking this after a month of also taking Dr tobias lung health. I can't say which one did the better job but the mullein was more immediate. This leaf plus the Dr tobias lung cleanse combo I stopped coughing this dry cough I've had for 6 months plus. I can do cardio workouts again and not be gagging stuff up. Now this will clean your lungs out get ready to wretch and I mean wretch some stuff up. But after wards you will feel clear in the chest. 10/10

I love Mullen leaf. Definitely notice a difference when taking it and when not. I try to take two a day!
