Not for baked tuile.
The mold itself is high quality. BUT - I used it to make a baked tuile and there is a transfer of smell and flavor from the mold. The tuile is not edible after. I also used it for baked sugar garnish and again a noticeable transfer of chemical smell from the mold. Very disappointed.

Ich arbeite als Patissier und habe mir diese Silikonformen gekauft um damit Hippenmasse aufzustreichen. Funktioniert wunderbar ich bin froh endlich eine Matte gefunden zu haben auf der mehr als 5 Formen nur drauf sind. Daher wirklich ein super Produkt!
