The devices are nice to look at, and the most important thing you can register it for 2 years warranty for peace of mind, It’s really easy to use and you can select a tune that’s just a normal door bell sound, rather than others I have had in the past that only had really long door bell chimes that become very annoying, the devices look too.

Item delivered ok - had a problem getting the ring tone set up - eventually had to 'pair' the volume and music buttons but got there in the end - instructions were so unclear and should have said that 'pairing' was the best way to set ringtone - future buyers beware of this - apart from that I'm happy enough with the item.

Great little doorbell. Small nice design. Comes with fixtures and fittings. I used the tape as opposed to the screws. The installation took 5 seconds! So easy. Simply plug in, choose your favourite chime and if works instantly. Great range. Good volume range. Perfect!

This is well worth the money I plugged it in my kitchen as I have a long garden and I dont have brilliant hearing but I can hear it loud and clear from the bottom

Great product, easy to set up and very loud

The first impression when seeing this product was a good one but sadly that soon waned away.Getting the two components to pair was simple enough but sadly the cheap, plastic door bell soon became apparant.After listening to the different musical chimes, of which many tracks I am familiar with I then considered the powering of this product. The first issue is that the chime box / receiver requires it to be permanently plugged into a mains socket and the sending device / door bell is powered with one of those ghastly, environmentally unfriendly and costly button batteries. So, I wanted to see how easy it is to change the battery and it isn't. There are two plastic clips, one at each end and they are too small to use a finger thus they need a flat headed screwdriver to open them. That's where the big problem arises. As this is made of a cheap plastic the clips are not strong and one of them obviously bent and remained bent so as that the casing cannot be put back together fully. One end is clipped in and the other isn't as trying to force the clip back into position is lilkely to break it away completely.Going back to the powering of this product, I cannot see any reason whatsoever as to why the door bell can not be powered with a rechargeable AA or even AAA battery, which lasts much longer than a button battery and can be recharged when nearing depletion. Button batteries only serve two puposes for me, the first being to add to the toxic waste mountain of disposable batteries and the second for the battery manufacturer to make a hansome profit through the sales of button batteries that don't hold their charge well and soon deplete.Sadly, this could have been a great product if manufacturing costs had not been cut to maximise profi but as it is it is not a good product. The powering of the two devices is not environmentally friendly nor cost effective. The quality of the plastic is so low that the cheap clips break the first time they are used and the door bell could easily be powered by a AA or AAA battery with the receiver being USB rechargeable power. So this is simply a very cheap copy of better products and it fails in both quality and value so I am certainly not recommending this.
