Perfect Size
The storage capacity in the draining capacity of this kitchen aid that is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a dish rack that was larger than my original one that I had and this was perfect. It wasn’t too big and it wasn’t too small. I love the fact that it doesn’t take up a whole lot of space on my counter. I also love the fact that where you put your utensils there’s actually a single slit to where they can actually stand up to dry instead of resting on each other, so the water drainage is absolutely amazing And the storage capacity is just absolutely perfect bowls plates cups mugs just perfectly fit and it’s very sturdy for the value for money that it was paid for definitely worth it.

Works great so far - a rare quality
So far it's working quite well 🤞 and actually seems to drain the water like it ought to 🙌

Happy with the purchase!
I use it in my little kitchen in my RV. The Rv has limited storage, so I use this for the every day kitchen utensils. It looks good and works good!

Pros and Cons
Like you, I was shocked at the price of the various dish drainers, but after much hand wringing I had to break down and buy one. I wanted to write this review after using it for a while. It is spacious and the low-height dish dividers make it ideal for pots and pans. On the other hand, the low-height of the dish dividers also mean that oversized plates and tall items are likely to fall over -- you have been warned. The sides are not very deep, so you can have things that easily hang over the edges (but that will also fall over the edges if you don't pay attention). The prongs for glasses are nice and deep and upright so they create good balance for even wide-mouthed or bottom heavy glasses. Because it is brushed stainless, it is loud when you place something in it (louder than the rubber coated ones). The utensil caddy is deep and I wasn't sure that I would like the individual slots for cutlery but they are working OK and everything is drying, and the dividers are just covers that are removable if you don't have a lot of small utensils. The biggest puzzle is the tray for underneath it. The tray is smaller than the rack -- but so far, the angle that dishes are required to go into the rack seems to keep the drips inside the edge of the tray. I don't like the tray draining on the narrow end, it creates wasted space on my counter, and the tray isn't really sloped -- so it creates puddles that evaporate rather than "draining" to the sink. The feet of the rack are wide for stability which is good, but it can also prevent any minimal draining that is trying to occur on the tray (the feet are perpendicular to the direction of draining). I kept my old draining tray and may swap it out after a few weeks to see if I want to return to the other orientation for better slope and having the feet parallel to the flow. So overall I like it -- it has a nice flat surface, is well balanced with a low center of gravity for heavy items, but there are definitely some quirks to the design that Kitchen Aid could have worked on a little harder for the price tag. I will come back to the review if I identify any challenges with corrosion or aging.

Winner for size and convenience
With so many options on the market, it's hard to find an extra large, sturdy dish drainer. This one is it. The knife slot is a feature that makes total sense and should be on all dish drainers.

Costly but worth it if you got the coin
Very expensive but I absolutely love it and so does my woman. It fits plenty and you can stack and it's high enough on the sides to where it does hold enough I could use a little bit higher on the side but I'm not going to complain. I do actually like the cup holder sides I didn't think I would like them but I do. And it has a ton of room for a lot of utensils which is dope.
