Good amount and great flavour!
Having done some research into cinnamon, I discovered that the cassia variety is not good to have too often; that ceylon was healthier and has some health benefits too. I took a while deciding which brand to go for and am so glad I chose this one. The flavour is lovely and is a great addition to my morning smoothie! I just add a level teaspoon and that is more than enough. Will try in my decaf coffee next. Was delivered the day after ordering too! Very happy and would buy again.

Really lovely cinnamon
I use it for a wide range of things.Cinnamon toast or mixed with hot water/milk as a comforting drink.Flavouring anything I fancy.

Great quality
Fine, powdery, sweet cinnamon. The best I had so far. Having it every time with my coffee. Even if I put half a teaspoon in coffee, it just makes coffee taste better

Great value bag
This is a lovely, decent sized bag of organic cinnamon. It has lots of health benefits so my Partner likes to take it as he's on cancer treatment and this can have beneficial effects for that. This is easy to use - its recommended you have no more than 0.5 - 1 teaspoon a day so it's easy to take be it used in smoothies or sprinkled on a dessert or cereal.Great taste and great to have a larger amount to use in lots of recipes. Recommended!

Tastes plasticky
My previous supplier of Ceylon cinnamon being unavaiöable, I went for this one as it seemed well certified.The look and feel of the cinnamon is right (colour and graininess), but the taste is completely of. The manufacture date of the batch is mir than a year ago, and while that puts it well within shelf life of two years, I suspect that within the last year it was at some point stored in an unfavorable way (package says store in a cool dry place away from any sunlight and heat) given the summer we had I wouldn't be surprised if the warehouse was too hot and made the packaging leak something into the cinnamon, it has a horrible smell and taste.As true cinnamon is justifiablyexpensive, getting a package that is spoiled this way feels like a huge rip off.

Superior taste
The flavour is much smoother than the regular cinnamon that I have previously bought. Definitely buy this again.
