Seating the drain, use plumbers putty instead of the rubber gasket that it comes with.
I installed 2 of these sinks in my salon. They are great, and are a value for the price. I used all of my existing plumbing, not what was sent. The one thing I would say is I used plumbers putty around the drain in the sink on one, and the rubber gasket on the other. The gasket creates a lip that causes the water to spray out the other side of the bowl, so I would recommend the plumbers putty, it seats it I'm lower.

Slightly flimsy
This is a good product. It’s plastic and tends to be a little on the flimsy side as I have guests that put all their weight on it. The little rubber neck cushion piece that comes with it doesn’t fit snug but I’ve never had a problem with it so far!

Water sits in the bottom of the sink bc the drain isn't flush. Not to sure why it came with stoppers for the drain. The neck rounds down and digs into the top of your back. And the gel neck things catch water and soak ur clients or get watered down color on their shirt!Update... I absolutely hate these sinks. The clients hate them. The neck makes it impossible to rinse all the color out of their necklines. I'm gonna have to send them back

Good for money
Love that its wide, works..but it is kinda flimsy..its plastic for price ok..but invest a couple more $$ and get a acrylic one instead

Parts were missing
Parts were missing. Took a few hours to install. Two visits to Lowes for screws.

It works but not super sturdy and had to use other plumbing because what it came with leaked
