Unpleasant texture + stained teeth
I had high hopes for Lean, as I used the Pregnancy Formula during pregnancy and was very happy with it. I found the taste, and especially the texture of this off-putting. I tried it for almost a month but just can't stomach it in the morning any more. The texture almost makes me cough, it really is like swallowing a powdery multivitamin. I do think that it had a positive impact on my blood sugar levels. I didn't take measurements but did feel more 'balanced'. However, the same can be achieved by taking psyllium husk in water (which I find easier to swallow) or eating a high-fibre breakfast. I didn't feel more energised or notice any other benefits. I had to take additional iron and magnesium supplements as this does not provide the RDA for those, which is unfortunate considering the cost. Sadly I don't recommend this product.

Still waiting for results.
This Lean Formula Powder from Equi London promises a lot and judging from the retail price of £64.99 it should as this bottle only has 30 days' supply and so far I’ve not noticed much yet.The powder is a bit of a faff, to be honest, two teaspoons mixed with 200ml of water is always gonna be a trouble as you’ll need to weigh it out or level it out with a spoon. You probably get it wrong and some annoying spillage. Ultimately a capsule would’ve sufficed. As with most supplements, the results take time and weight loss is a gradual process, so fingers crossed that it will work. But so far, nothing…yet.

Contains inulin
First off the formula contains inulin so that can have a really bad laxative effect on some people especially if you suffer with IBS or IBD which I do, luckily I noticed this before I tested it so I got my daughter-in-law to test it instead it looks absolutely horrendous did not mix properly continuously lumpy and that how many times it was mixed look like green gloop and smells even worse and the taste wasn't good either for £60.99 I would expect something a lot better tasting that is always better in water lots of promise without any delivery

Feel better and taste is ok
I was a little sceptical of this supplement, I’ve always thought weight loss was a relatively simple formula based on calorie deficit, but theory and practice are not always the same thing!I have been taking this as directed with water or as part of a post work out shake with some yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. It doesn’t taste great but is not awful, either.I definitely feel less bloated and more regular which is a good thing, but haven’t really felt specific weight loss benefits from it - but it is only meant to support weight management, it’s not a miracle weight loss product unfortunately. I definitely eat better when I’m exercising, exercise more when I feel better, so this is a great product to help with both aspects. It’s quite pricey but does replace other supplements I take, like COQ10, so makes up for it somewhat. I’m not sure I would want to take this long term, it has quite a mix of ingredients that could have unintended consequences, but for a bit of a boost it has helped me to feel a bit better about myself after a busy summer!

Bursting with natural vitamins and healthy ingredients, easy to take with my shake
This lean formula powder is bursting with vitamins and minerals with many health benefits for body and mind.I've recently started working out for the first time in a long time and I've been adding this powder to my post workout shake as it mixes well and adds that little bit of extra beneficial nutrients and vitamins to help aid in gut health, concentration and energy.I love the fact this is packed with 50 natural ingredients, including siberian ginseng, probiotics, proteins to help with bloating and water retention. It's very easy to use and mix with a little water but i find mixing it with my shake works well for me.I'm hoping this will give my body a little boost as i start exercising for the first time in a while. It's expensive and probably out of my budget but this could be used just to give your body a much needed boost as a one off.To continue using this regularly it would be an expensive supplement. There's no denying it is bursting with healthy ingredients but it's too expensive for me to keep on using this but I've found it easy to use and I do feel less bloated since taking it.

Tastes good and has some great ingredients
This is a premium supplement and you can see this with the bottle packaging and the ingredients within this.It mixes well with water and even though it is green, it actually tastes pleasant. It is meant to be taken with a meal and it provides some really good nutrients and nourishment for the body. Because you have it in powder form and you mix with water and drink, it will probably have better absorbability than taking capsules and tablets. It is very expensive as a 30 day bottle but it could replace a few other supplements you are taking. Once you open it you have to refrigerate this. It supports the gut well and the ingredients are very high quality, not sure about using this as a regular weight management supplement though.

Who knows if any of these health supplements really work?
It is very difficult to know for sure whether any of these health supplements truly work, as far as I can see.If a person feels better over the time period of taking one of them is that directly attributable to the properties of the supplement or is it to do with other coincidental factors, such as generally feeling happier, or more positive, or eating something different, or accidentally takng a bit more exercise?I have no idea and, to be frank, nor does anyone else.Having said that, this does have 50 different active ingredients in it, and several of them appear to be noted for achieving the positive effects listed as benefits in the product description, so if you do suffer from any of the ailments listed then giving it a try might be a reasonable step to take.
