I liked this fan because it is tall enough to feel the breeze comfortably, whether sitting in a chair or sleeping on the new higher mattresses.Sleep mode was only given one star, because I have never used it.

Has this fan 2 months before it stopped oscillating. Contacted company and still have not received a replacement. Loved it when it was working! Fan was part of batch 20122205.06/20/2024 - Received full refund. The replacement fan works for 10 seconds then turned off. Great customer service experience with the seller!

This is a good & quiet fan. We use it in the same room as watching our TV & it's never too loud. It gives out a good breeze. Great fan for the price.

Nice fan, gets the job done. I took a star off because the light is ridiculously bright and I need the fan to sleep. I have to cover the display because it bothers me for bed time.

We bought this product after trying it out at a friend's house. They had purchased it for their guest room, and it worked WONDERFULLY for their space. It was so quiet, that, we too felt we HAD to have the same unit for our bedroom. Alas - it didn't meet our particular needs. Here's why: 1) We have an extremely HIGH king size bed. This floor unit does not cool down our smaller room with the large bed (unless we were to place it on a 30" or higher table). We went back to using our somewhat noisier, (rhymes with Tornado) fan until we can find a fan with the same, extremely quiet features that will meet our particular needs.

I bought this product, for when somebody sleeps over in our spare room. They stated that it worked amazing and that there was cool air coming from the fan.

This is a fan -I am very happy with this item after assembly. No problems as I have read on the ratings list. I am happy!

First order- no remote, no instruction book but fan worked. I contacted support- they could not send just a remote so they offered to send a replacement and I ship back original. Replacement fan arrives and had remote and booklet but the fan does not work. Oscillates but never turns on. So, now which fan am I supposed to return? Original fan does not work now after having for approx 2 weeks. This is ridiculous to say the least. Can't imagine I am the only one to get two worthless fans. Its blazing hot out and I am getting the run around. No fan, not happy.
