This plush toy is perfectly fine for children but I bought it for my dog. My pup' likes to tear stuffed toys apart but this toy is not cotton, fluff filled - instead it is filled with beads/beans and to avoid the mess, I couldn't give this toy to my dog. For kids who want a soft, cuddly toy, this is perfect for them but for my needs, I was kind-of disappointed. In all, I would recommend this toy - it's soft, cuddly and really quite cute.
