Arrived well packaged and slam ball is as described. Lovely vibrant colour and the ball has a good texture to help with grip during a workout. I like that the ball is filled with sand and not solid like a medicine ball as I find this better for the range of exercises that I do. I personally think it is good value for money and happy with purchase.

i bought this as a 9kg ball. it’s slightly heavier as it’s actually 20lbs. it’s great tho v happy with it

Ball does the job but I found enjoying that sand inside is moving. I used many different exercise balls on the gym and I prefer the one with equal weight.

Use it in my garage it's it's bit heavy but that my bad nothing to do with manufacturing, been using it relentlessly OUTSIDE and not a blemish on it brilliant quality

Very poor quality. Advertised as a medicine ball. This is not a medicine ball this is a slam ball. Lusting does not say will require inflating. Sand inside is not half way up as per the image portrays. No after sales help available. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Amazon, do better. Stop letting sellers list inadequately.

So far this slam ball is holding up to many slams. Lol! Great to do push-ups on. It's got good grips. The bright orange color is fun but not necessary but glad that I got it in that color.

Got the 40 pound slam ball a few months back and been using it regularly for workouts. Really satisfying to pick up and slam down hard - definitely a good stress reliever after a long day. The grip is solid even when your hands get sweaty during intense sessions. The textured surface makes it easy to hold onto without worrying about it slipping. No weird chemical smell either which was nice right out of the box. What I appreciate most is that it has zero bounce. You can really go all out slamming it without having to worry about it jumping back up at you unpredictably. That makes it way safer to use compared to medicine balls that can bounce around. Weight feels accurate to what's advertised. The 30 pounds is challenging but manageable for various exercises - slams obviously but also good for weighted squats, overhead presses, and core work. Build quality seems really durable. Been using it at least 3 times a week for a few months now, both indoors and sometimes outside on the driveway, and it's holding up perfectly with no signs of wear or leakage. Overall a solid piece of home gym equipment. Does exactly what it's supposed to do and feels like it'll last a long time. Good workout and honestly just fun to use when you need to let off some steam.

It is working great for my body physical exercise

Grips make it easy to hold on to, anything else would be too slippery with sweaty hands. Some complaints about the weight inside shifting, but that's the point. Perfect slam ball, doesn't roll or bounce much at all. Holding up to weekly use for several months now and shows no signs of wear. Would definitely buy this again.
