I have been using the 400s in my bedroom for about a month now, and it's definitely made a difference. I've noticed less dust settling on things, and the air just feels cleaner when you walk in. First impressions? It's a fairly big machine, no getting around that, but it needs to be for the size of room it can handle, (overkill for my room of 23m). Even though it's large, it looks quite modern and sleek, so it doesn't look out of place. Setting it up was simple enough, just taking the filter out of its packaging and plugging the unit in. Connecting to the Wi-Fi app was straightforward too. The app itself is quite useful if you want to fiddle with settings remotely, put it on a timer, or check the air quality readings it’s been getting. As for how well it actually works, it seems to do a good job. It has the usual three filters: one outside for bigger bits like fluff and hair, the main HEPA one for fine dust, and a carbon filter for smells. The sensor that checks the air quality seems pretty sharp. If my neighbour is smoking near an open window or if there are strong cooking odours lingering, the purifier detects it quickly and the fan really ramps up. You can also tell the air quality at a glance from the coloured light ring on top, which goes from blue for good to red for bad. When the fan does kick up to full speed because it's detected something, it is pretty loud but works quickly. But on auto and lower mode, it's generally quiet and unnoticeable, same with sleep mode. Maint for it is easy too. The main thing is to give the outer pre-filter a quick hoover every few weeks to get the dust off, plus a wipe down of the machine itself. Doing that should help the main filter last a bit longer, since they costs like £60, this help to extends it from 6 months to maybe 8. The only real grumble is that you can't recycle the old filters once they're done. It makes sense given all the stuff they trap, but it’s still a bit of a shame not to be able to. And obviously, its size means you need a bit of floor space for it. I got it on sale for £190 and it's decent so far. It clears the air well, it's easy to use day-to-day, and the app controls are handy. Even with the noise when it's going flat out and the filter situation, it's a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Definitely worth considering if you're bothered by dust or allergies, they have a variety of filters too for different use cases.

Very pleased with my 400 air purifier. The first day of using it our house had lost its locked up winter smell. Watching it automatically increase in speed catching the cooking smells is incredible and it really works. Using it now for a couple of weeks its noticeably helped us with our dust & Spring allergies 👍 Answering some of the negative reviews. Yes the bottom come will come off easily if it hasn’t been LOCKED in place properly and I can hear an electrical hum on auto/ sleep modes at NIGHT, so I leave it on low speed when sleeping. I recommend it and am now looking at buying a smaller one just for our bathroom.

After 30 days of solid use is working well. Husband reporting much less allegens and improved sleep. Has reduced dust in the house by 90% -seriously, we leave doors open as much as possible in house and were dusting once a week -now do not have the dust buildup at all. Easy out of the box setup. Not noisy and does reduce cooking odors as well as its primary filtration job -so a nice benefit

Es la segunda vez que lo compro (le regale el otro a mi hermano, que despues de 1 año seguia funcionando al 100, se lo di para eliminar el olor del gato en su cuarto), tiene varias velocidades cada una un poco más ruidosa que la otra, pero sin llegar a ser molesto. El modo dormir no hace nada de ruido, incluso apaga la luz del display para que descanses a oscuras. Se maneja perfectamente desde el celular o con comandos voz mediante alexa. Yo lo uso todas las noches, porque mis perros duermen en mi cuarto por las noches y es excelente para eliminar el olor a perro (son 2 shitzus, asi que tampoco son muy grandes, ni sueltan mucho pelo. Pero para ellos me funciona perfecto)

Product arrived today, however I am astonished that a product bought on an Irish Amazon site has arrived with a non-compatable 2 prong plug , what’s more this plug does not securely fit the standard adapter I have had to go and purchase this morning.

Absolute Empfehlung! Ich bin selber Raucher, rauche im Winter in einem Zimmer! Der Luftreiniger schluckt alle Gerüche! Zigarettenrauch, Kochgeruch, usw! Man riecht nach ca. 20 Minuten nicht`s mehr! Die Luft ist in der ganzen Wohnung spürbar rein! Im Nachtmodus ist der Levoit nicht hörbar! Die Bedienung ist leicht und auch per App steuerbar! So ist das Gerät auch bedienbar, wenn man nicht zu Hause ist! Ich bin begeistert! Genau das ,was ich gesucht habe!
