There is actual snow that moves all around when you move globe. Nice for the price.

There is "snow" in the globe section. The photo is slipped into a slit in the globe.

Q: where did you print your pictures to fit in the snow globe?

I printed it at target. They had an option under collages for mini prints. I made the 2-2x3 and kept it zoomed out as much as possible. Then I took the sample picture and traced it over the picture and cut it out. It fit perfectly!
