You can pay less for a knife and you won't know what your missing. For just a little more than a 'Mart knife you get knifes that are easy to sharpen and stay sharp. I never expected there to be this much of a difference in knifes, but the difference and real and beneficial. I now own 7 KOA knifes. Highly recommend the brand.
