Yes, this is proper PVC cling film and not the non PVC that a lot of people consider safer. What I like is that you can buy 60 metre refills for the dispenser, making t better value. I find it clings well. regards Marilyn

Is the cling film non PVC?

On investigation I realised that this cling film ins not 'non PVC'. According to research this is safe for wrapping food but when using to microwave food, especially with high fat content, make sure the cling film is at least 2 cm away from it. Hope this helps.
