If you're concerned reading similar reviews that these might not float or the tail might not flip, I can tell you both features work as intended on this lure.These are surface only and even at a reasonable retrieve rate, the tail definitely still spins. Didn't catch on my one session where used but that's no fault of the product. Hooks really sharp. 4/5 with rating to be revised if and when I do catch!
