My husband was having problems maintaining electrolytes and minerals so was advised by his haematologist to try multivitamins with minerals. I saw the reviews of this product so decided to give it a go. Since starting this product he has had no further problems with level. He also went through a period of feeling very cold despite the house being very warm. As his folate levels resolved, so did the feeling of being cold.

Very good value health supplements

I was looking for an alternative to a much more expensive multivitamin that I have taken since 2023. This cost 1/4 of the expensive one I love(d). I didn't have high hopes at all but cost of living forced me to seek out substitutes. This was easy on the tummy and has the same vitamins and minerals I need. The twist cap is also easier to open and close. Highly recommended

Excellent price excellent quality Great packaging perfect size smell and taste

Been ordering these for a couple years now, and they are a staple in the house. Does the job and I feel much more healthier when I have them. I notice that I do not get colds/flu as much as I used to by having them. Size is okay and the smell is not too strong.
