This really helps with digestion issues of certain foods

Not sure if it's working but my stomach troubles have been less since taking product

So, this is a good formula if you go by the ingredients. It is very high in various proteases (like bromelain, papain, and aspergillopepsin, which digests protein in the stomach). It is also reasonably high in amylase (digests starches) and even lipase, which many formulas lack. I actually like the formula and have taken similar formulas in the past.My main issue is that the expiration date is 1-2020 and I just received it in June. Possibly the date was the date of manufacture and not the expiration date? I know expiration dates are more like suggestions and not absolutes, but to ship a product that expired in January is a bad look.

Really helps with digestion issues if suffering

My digestion can get off kilter from time to time, so I like to keep some probiotics and enzymes on hand. This product seems to be pretty good. It's easy to swallow -- which is very nice -- and I've also noticed less gas and bloating after taking this for two days. I'm happy.
