This couch arrived in two boxes on different days. It was easy to assemble. It is sturdy, and fits the space perfectly. I’m able to easily move it to either workout or pull it out for a guest to sleep. It is comfortable to sit and watch TV, and I’ve been told it’s nice to sleep on. It’s not the highest quality pull out sofa, but I’m very happy with it considering the price. I love the color, too!

Initially I built the couch per the factory directions. Which I loved! It’s very sturdy and the cushions are firm and comfortable for sleeping. (Just tried it out last night). Building it is definitely a two person job, taking it apart can be done by one person.That said, I went for this piece because I thought it would be slightly smaller than it is. Eventually I decided to take the piece back apart to fit the space and style more that I was going for with a fold out sleeper.I’ve included photos of how I arranged the couch/bed for my intended use with it.What I appreciate about the design is the versatility it lends to the user. I was able to take the couch back apart quite quickly which would be great in the future for a move (exactly what I was looking for).For the look I went for: I removed the arm rests and feet of the couch so that it sits directly on the floor. It is supported by thick standing bookcases around it. I wanted something that has the design and comfortability of a day bed/conversation pit.The zippers that keep the cushions together make it so that when sleeping the cushions don’t slip or make cracks which I appreciate a lot. I adore the color, how it folds, the weight of each piece and the ability I have to arrange it in whatever way I see fit!My cats took to it quickly as well.

I have a funky sized apartment and I really wanted a floor couch that I could turn into a bed. This fits the bill forsure but I was under the impression that the entire bed part is squishy cushions until I put the couch together and realized it’s two squishy cushions that fold on top of a slightly cushioned board so where your head would go is a hard board but can make it comfortable with extra pillows. I highly recommend ordering extra pillows for just chillin on the couch too because the armrests are hella uncomfortable but with my pillows it’s fabulous. The cup holder can hold cans. I picked this couch specifically out of other options because of the orange color availably and its affordability. There is a screw inside I wasn’t able to fully tighten so if I push on that side with my feet it makes a clunk noises. Maybe I can get someone to help me with that but it was a simple put together. Kinda awkward to do tho. I slept on it once so far and it was fine. All in all I like this couch and love the vibes it puts in my place. I’m 5’4” for photo reference.

Assembly was definitely a 2 person job, and the instructions were lacking but I figured it out. A 12 mm hex driver for my drill was a big time saver vs. using the supplied allen key.One of the "cup holders " is slightly askew, and both cup holders are too small for a 700 ml "sports top" water bottle, let alone a decent coffee cup.Reasonably comfortable as a couch for brief time. With the bed folded out, the base is fairly hard for sitting on and much too hard for sleeping or laying on. With one's head at the foot of the bed (farthest from the couch part) it's okay, but head at the head of the bed doesn't work. We bought this mostly to be a guest bed, but we're thinking of getting an air mattress to go on top of it before we have any guests.The appearance is good and matches the photos. The "leather look" vinyl seems sturdy enough. And the arms are REALLY sturdy. Like a 200 lb person could stand on them no problem sturdy. I'm slight more than 200 lbs, and my balance sucks so I'm not going to stand on them but someone could.Not bad overall but I wish the bed part was better.

This loveseat is actually very durable and well made, we found one issue with a staple in the way of a hole that required a screw, but it was an easy fix. Took two people to put together properly without bending the pieces, etc. Truly surprised with the quality but so far seems very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. I purchased the Teal and it was true to the color of dark teal. It did have a funny smell unboxing the pillows but that seemed to have gone away in a few days. the bed sleeps great for an adult BUT ONLY with the help of a memory foam mattress cover that I purchased separately.

Once we assembled the product we found it to not be functional as a couch. If one person sits it sags you into the back corner and into the side of the couch you can't sit in a normal comfortable position and the structure and discomfort is worse if two people sit. Also the cup holders are a joke and pointless they only thing that could fit would be small juice boxes or pouches. I contacted the seller requesting a return and refund because it being defective as a couch. First issue they had was that the pieces vacuum sealed had been open and second because we didn't have the original boxes in a usable condition. The boxes came damaged but it didn't hurt the product and in order for us to assemble we needed space so the boxes got broken down and put in recycling. There would be no way of knowing the couch was no good without putting it completely together. They wouldn't allow us a refund. They tried to offer a $45 dollar discount to have us keep it mind you it cost over $420 with shipping. I declined and advised I wouldn't even keep it, if it was free. They refused a return and refund. Horrible customer service and on top they found it acceptable to say they haven't gotten any complaints from buyers since they made upgrades to the product. Luckily Amazon customer service is AMAZING and fixed the issues for me after I got no help from the direct seller. Zero stars for everything besides being easy to assemble it wasn't hard to assemble but it could of had better instructions.
