I have read several books but this one is the best book so far I have come across. Thank you author for such a great book.

Don’t make the same mistake as I did
I bought this kindle book by accident and Amazon wouldn’t allow me to return it. I hoped it would be a decent read but it’s not. It reads as though it’s a poor translation. There are errors in the science it attempts to present. I can’t honestly recommend this book at any price.

Terrible Book
Quite possibly the worst book on any subject I have ever read in my entire life. Ridiculous, unrelated, unnecessary, and often redundant content written at a third grade reading level. Stay away from this literary train wreck.

Solid book
Really solid advice on eating Keto, along with sound training advice, for beginners and people at a more advanced fitness level.

Poorly written book
Don't waste your money. Very, very basic. I didn't learn anything, except to avoid this author from now on. I think he shouldn't write books at all.
