I've tried other brands in the past and I've had nightmares. I don't get the nightmares with this brand and have been using it for a really long time. Works great, helps me sleep.

Tried many melatonins that did not work. This one works. Gently helps to fall asleep and re-fall asleep when kittens wake me for mid night attention.

Tried a few others and this one works best for me.

Seems like a good product. I’ve tried so many. I will continue to monitor its veracity during my second bottle.

I love all designs for health products. This took a little longer to start working then the normal melatonin capsules I order from this brand but they seem to keep me asleep and if I do wake up, it’s easy to go right back to sleep.

I purchased this to help with sleep, and it certainly has done the trick. If you were having any trouble with your sleep, I would definitely recommend this. I can’t say that about the other melatonin, but I can say it about this particular one.
