I have been buying these for sometime now, take three a day and really seems to help a lot. I love them and find them more effective than many other brands

If a study does not come out soon to recommend all women with hormonal weight gain to take inositol I will be surprised.... I'm dropping weight at a rate of knots along side a healthy balanced diet and exercise which was not happening before... Highly recommend

This is my second bottle from this brand. The recommended dose is 2 pills per day, I have been trying 3 pills for a few days and I felt a bit better, like I had a bit more energy. The pills are on the larger side, but easy to swallow, no flavour or aftertaste. I have been taking these for PCOS, have not lost any weight yet, but I had less pains in my ovaries before periods, so I guess they do help. I have read reviews about people reporting weight loss, which is great, but so far I have not experience it yet. Maybe an endocrinologist might be able to recommend a personalised dose, that taken over a period of time might lead to more positive effects. The product contains chromium, which suppose to help with sugar cravings, I cannot yet comment on the efficiency

People swear by this, but after using for months I've had no results

I take 4 day after 6 months of only taking 3 to find this concentration massively improved my ovulation overall. Really glad I did my research on Inositol and am having much more regular ovulation and milder symptoms of PCOS

Been getting these for a bit and they work well. Easy to swallow and no noticeable taste

I suspect I have PCOS and hoped that this would have helped with losing weight and other symptoms. It did not. An expensive experiment that did not pull off; such a shame.
