Im a femboy, will this fit ok on a boy?

I wore it with a felix argyle cosplay to a convention, fit me just fine

Will fit a guy about 6'3?

I'm not quite as tall but I'm 6'1 and I love how they fit. I'm little small down there though so if you're big they might not unless you're going to tuck. I'm also pretty average weight at about 175 so it depends on that too.
