The detailing on this item is not durable. I’ve had it less than 3 months and it’s broken is two places. Very disappointed I couldn’t return or get money back.

At first I was worried I’d be too big but it turned out to be perfect. When you are cooking multiple things and need to rest more than one utensil- this spoon is the perfect one. It’s great quality seems very sturdy. Also it has a border trim with gold detail adding a better look to it. Would recommend

I ordered the prettiest little spoon rest. It was ceramic: A mistake, going by my track record. I used it and I washed. I then dropped it on the floor. Not on purpose, of course! So I then ordered this wooden spoon rest with no delusions of it being attractive one bit. But, it’s a spoon rest still the same. I like it and I’m sure I won’t break.

I like everything about it : the warmth of the wood and the unique brass details. Did I mention that it keeps my counter top clean?

This was exactly what I was looking for. The bowl is wide enough for an average-sized spatula to fit within it, plus the handle is flat so I can put a very long utensil on it without having it fall off (as happens with the curved-handle spoon rests). Also, this is one that wouldn't break if I dropped it, like I have had happen with ceramic ones. Very happy with this!
