I use it not just for protein shakes, but for smoothies, pre-workout, and even just regular water throughout the day. The BlenderBall whisk works incredibly well - no clumps, no chunks, just smooth shakes every time. The 32-ounce capacity is perfect for staying hydrated, and the wide mouth makes it easy to add powder and ice without making a mess. The leak-proof design actually lives up to its name - I've tossed it in my gym bag countless times without any spills. It's dishwasher safe which makes cleanup effortless, and the build quality is solid enough that it'll probably last over a decade. The flip cap with SpoutGuard keeps the drinking spout clean, and the loop top is handy for carrying or clipping to a bag. For the price, this is hands down one of the best values out there. It's become my favorite cup and I reach for it multiple times every day. Can't recommend it enough.

I like this BlenderBottle and it serves its purpose very well. The design is great and I find it extremely useful for taking my pre-workout to the gym and for staying hydrated throughout the day. My only minor issue is the material. I feel like I could have found a slightly better material for just about three dollars more on another model. Notwithstanding this, the bottle works great and I'm happy with the purchase.

Love these blender bottles as the perfect water bottle too. Wide mouth with an easy flip cap that still stays tight after months of opening and closing constantly. Easy to untwist the lid for a good chug or quick refill. Lightweight is more convenient to drink out of. Holds 4 cups of water, so I drink 2 a day for an easy 8 cups. 10/10
