A good probiotic supplement is so important to overall health and I feel that Bio-Kult Probiotic multi-strain formula really delivers one of the best probiotic supplements out there. It can get a little expensive but for the quality of the product, I think that it is worth it. It is good to take as an everyday supplement to help the digestive system and boost immunity and you can also add extra doses in times of sickness or when you are taking antibiotics to help keep the normal gut flora healthy. I like that it is also safe for kids to take as this was a very important factor in my decision. It is easier to order one for the adults and children than to have to order separate supplements. Overall, I have bought the Bio-Kult probiotic formula a number of times now and will continue to use it for myself and my family.

These are some of the best probiotics on the market. They have helped immensely with the gut health of our son who had a lot of issues prior to taking them. Good probotic, one of my favorites.

Our whole family takes this probiotic. It really makes a difference in how we fell. We also increase our usage if someone gets sick or if we travel, and rarely does anyone get sick during travel anymore, what a blessing! My husband notices a significant decrease in abdominal bloating by taking this probiotic, and I notice a significant decrease in tummy discomfort or pain. If the baby got a rash, I opened a capsule and applied the powder directly to the rash, you could also use it for thrush. If someone has to take antibiotics, take this probiotic also so you can help protect your gut flora. We've taken a probiotic two hours after and 2 hours before the antibiotic, taking the probiotic 3-4 times per day, during the whole round of antibiotics. Would highly recommend this probiotic!
