Handy multipurpose oven
So far- no issues with the oven after 6 months. I previously had an older version of this oven but wanted to get the new model in a color to match other appliances. I use the variety of element heating options with the microwave energy and many items cook perfectly. I’ve had a few things not get completely done with the pre-set programming, but just manually cook a little longer and the problem is solved

No instructions included
I got this and the microwave works good. It came with the 2 page info sheet, it is NOT a users manual! I have no idea how to use the other functions and they are useless to me now. There is a 47 page users manual that was to be included with the microwave, full instructions and recipes.I am considering returning it and get a simple microwave.

Complicated & confusing to use.
I saw one of these in store, then ordered from Amazon. I thought I liked the idea of it being a microwave, convection oven & air-fryer all in one. In truth, it is overly complicated to use, has inadequate instructions, and lakes a keypad, which makes setting cook times a real pain. Will be replacing.

Be Aware of Clearance Requirements Before You Buy
I was excited to try this combo convection oven / microwave. Unfortunately, the clearance requirements would not work in my kitchen. These requirements are not described in the Amazon description or specs pages, nor on the manufacturer's website. I found out that this would not work in my kitchen only after reading the included instruction manual, having already received the product. The unit requires 20 centimeters of clearance above, and 10 centimeters of clearance on either side.I have a "cubby" hole in my cabinets for a microwave oven. Technically not a built-in with trim, just a space in the cabinets for a microwave to sit with only about 2" clearance above, and 1" on either side.I turned the unit on the convection baking option at max temp (400 degrees) and let it run for about 10 minutes. The top and sides get very hot, almost too hot to touch. Therefore, I decided it would not be prudent to ignore the manufacturer's clearance requirements, and with disappointment, sent the unit back to Amazon. The unit was packaged very well, and seems to be a good sturdy build. For the few minutes I did run it, it heated up quickly. If you have room on your counter top, or clearance in your microwave cubby, I think this would be a great buy.

Love it, a multi-tasking wonder!
This is a really amazing appliance. I use it everyday, multiple times a day. It's an absolute workhorse at dinner time - steaming vegetables, roasting potatoes, grilling garlic bread, etc. The grill feature is also great for making hot sandwiches and hot dogs. I use the air fry setting too, for homemade sweet potato fries and roasted cauliflower. Most nights it acts as basically a second oven, which helps a lot with getting dinner ready. Also - and this is important - the standard quick microwave setting is easy to use, even while sleepy; I use it every morning to heat coffee.Regarding some of the negative reviews on here, I can sympathize with the folks who have gotten lemons - I would be upset too - but I doubt if that is the norm. The 20 people who have had negative experiences are much more likely to write reviews than the 2000 people who had normal, positive experiences. Mine has been in constant use for almost a year and hasn't had a single problem; it still works just as great as Day 1. There's probably a lot of others out there with similarly great experiences who haven't taken the time to say so.Some pros:1) the oven-style door -- I like this much more than I thought I would. It makes it so much easier to maneuver plates of food in and out.2) the shortcuts printed inside the door -- Very handy when I'm trying to remember the options that come pre-programmed.3) the sensor cook mode -- In most microwaves, sensor cook results in overcooking, but this machine has never failed to get it spot on.4) the included rack and grill pan -- I use the grill feature more than I thought I might, and it works great! I also use the rack by itself when I want to heat two dishes at the same time.5) a popcorn button that doesn't burn your popcorn!6) cleans up easily7) it's roomy - it fits big plates no problem - you could probably roast a whole chicken in this thing if you wanted to8) cools down quick and doesn't overcook your dish if you don't take it out right away, unlike a regular oven9) eliminates the need for a toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, etc, so you save counter space and storage spaceSome cons:1) The quick reference shortcuts printed on the inside of the door are starting to show some wear and probably will not be legible in a few years. Maybe I will have them memorized by then....2) If something messy explodes onto the ceiling of the microwave, it's not the easiest task to clean around and behind the grill burner.3) Maybe not really a con, but it has a lot of features and capabilities, which could be intimidating to novice microwavers or the technologically-phobic. I find it to be pretty easy though, and I'm not a rocket scientist. All in all, I love this machine, and this is coming from someone with a small kitchen who is also anti-gadget in general, so I really have to be sold on something to give it space in the kitchen.

O stars for customer service..
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I gave this product a 5 star review the first months based on its features and that it was working. since we have intermittent problem with both the convection and microwave and now it does not work at all..this would have only gotten them a 3 star rating........but welcome Samsung and there worst customer service experience i have had and am still dealing with no resolution they keep giving run around they promise to send technicians to diagnosis then they do not!!!!! just dont buy SAMSUNG i also own a refrigerator and washer and dryer that are all Samsung. and just want to junk it all so I don't have to ever deal with Samsung again. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again and will make sure everyone I see here about my customer experience problems so they can deal with them.Update they lied about coming to service the equipment. no show and now they want to reschedule to come out in 2 weeks so we have had no microwve for 3 weeks .. thje worst is i bouhgt an extra protection plan and they wont do anything because tit is with in a year
