Attractive, high quality for such low price! Install tips: need "Basin Wrench" 2.5 hr remove prior
Very nice quality looks and feels like way way more expensive. Solid construction, super easy to install. Just a couple of installation comments. I one prior and will install these two in a home built in 1985, with Price Pfister faucets dating to then, with nuts securing the parts from underneath the vanity top. If yours is like mine, plan on 2 1/2 hours to get the old ones out. You will need Kroil penetrating oil on the rusted, frozen nuts, and a Basin Wrench designed specifically to reach the nut holding the spout in the nearly in accessible narrow gap between the sink basin and the wall. Kroil is the best penetrating oil in the world and helped loosen mine. You can buy a basin wrench here on AMZ for $X, or at Harbor Freight if you have one near you for $6.00. Next thing is orientation of the water handles. I do not recall it being mentioned that you need to check orientation of the water handles... parallel to wall when closed so that it will open turning 90 degrees toward you. I got mine all in place, snugged down, assuming that they were in closed position only to find that they weren't. But it was a simple matter to loosen the set screws, turn, and retighten. The "nuts" that secure the valves and spout are sheer genius with set screws. You just spin them on hand tight and then tighten down on the set screws to hold in place. The set screws are plenty long to reach and hold when the "nut" cannot be completely tightened down when the "ears" bump into the edge of the basin, if the holes in your installation are close to the edge of the basin. Great product, I hope they are durable. I am a bit concerned that some have reported failure and flood. I will likely buy leak detectors at SimpliSafe for each just in case. We use cheap battery sensors and have SimpliSafe sensors connected to their system at major potential leak points. See picture of basin wrench.

Faucet easy to Install
Excellent product, easy to install, comes with all you need to complete an installation. however, it would be great if they threw in some silicone to seal the drain pipe during the install, those tend to leak more often than not, that would make this a total package. Looks great, good price.

We love this faucet set
Our old, name brand, faucets developed an annoying dripping. I replaced the cartridges several times but the leaking continued. So we bought this pair of faucets as we loved the appearance and the price. Install was mostly easy but I had to fit myself under the sink in a cabinet which makes for tight working conditions. I removed the old faucet cleaned up the area and cleaned out the P trap. Install of the new faucet was very easy and the nuts tightened down easily on the handles and faucet. The adjustable wrench I had had to tighten the nuts had enough clearance to make this pretty easy. I tried installing the drain pipe with the supplied rubber gasket (between the drain and the sink bowl) but it was NOT water tight and leaked. Plumbers putty was tried but the sharp angle of the drain made that difficult as well and again I had leakage. So clear silicon caulking was called into duty. I try to avoid silicon caulking as it makes removing the drain a much more difficult task down the road when you need to replace the drain again. But it works very well and did so in this case as well, I had to use quite a bit tho. One big difference I noticed between the old faucet drain and the new one is the threading on the pipe for the nut under the bowl to clamp the drain tightly to the bowl. The old drain pipe the threading was very well defined with tightly spaced threads. The new drain had much coarser threads with a slightly rounded off peak. I added a photo trying to show this. I added Teflon tape to the new drain threads and tightened up everything as tight as I dared. Ran water through and after a minute or so I noticed a tiny drop leaking between the nut and threads (see photo). So I loosened the nut and lowered it and added even more teflon tape to the threads of the pipe. I then retightened the nut and tested with water and now NO more leaks. So with the courser and more rounded threads of this drain pipe you'll need to add more teflon tape than you think. I did read some reviews about the snap on joint of the water line to the faucets being poor or very difficult to connect. Well the space I was working in was tight but through trial and error I was able to get a grip on the handle waterline and the faucet water lines and the connection of the two was easier and very solid. No leaks what so ever. The real issue is the tight, small working conditions not the joints themselves. After 4 months of use we are extremely happy with these faucets. The finish quality is great and they clean up very easy. 5 stars all the way.

Good basic faucet for bathroom
Works for bathroom vanities. It was a little difficult to put in due to the limited stages between the basin and holes for the faucet. I did have some leak problems between the drain and strainer. I used some plumbers putty and a big wrench to really tighten it up. I have not had any leaks since then. We will see how the plastic connectors last as we have harsh water that builds up quick. But easy to put on by yourself and even easier with some help. Make sure you have a large adjustable wrench to really tighten the tailpiece. Good quality for price and matches bathroom hardware well.
