Q: Why would it stop playing music in the middle of a song

You can try the below procedures to reset the clock. This is from Seiko suppport. Worked for me. Please remove all 4 batteries and leave them out for 35-40 minutes. Reinsert the NEW batteries and adjust the time forward to the top of the hour. Let the clock play through the entire song and movements Move the time forward to the top of the next hour. Again let the clock play through the entire song and movements. Now you can adjust the time to the correct time. This should reset the clock back to its correct function.

Buy at your own risk, I purchased for my my parents for their anniversary and it never played the music or moved. Just the ticking of the clock worked. Thankfully I got refunded. Super upsetting for me 😞Good luck!!

There are three different sections with songs. When is Christmas when is popular music in the other is classical period.
