How did I ever get along without this???
I am a fine artist and muralist. I actually bought this during the COVID "vacation" ha...to help with my getting back into sewing a bit. After using this to cut material I was kicking myself for not having this when I've had to make concept drawings for large mural clients! It would have made that SO MUCH EASIER to draw scale renderings with the measurements and angles mapped outalready. Also...I can use this for greeting card making (because I refuse to pay $7 for a silly greeting card and can make them myself!) I figure I've saved enough money by not paying it out to Hallmark alone to buy this board! It's also TWO SIDED!!! ...and came with a great cutter!!! What a bright moment in my COVID prison life! lol

Best value for a combo set, matt, ruler, roller cutter.
Just the right size for my cutting needs. Really like the 6x24 plastic see through ruler for aligning up cuts. Roller cutter cuts smoothly.

seems to be decent quality, the ruler is a huge plus, but the mat is not what I needed
Seems pretty nice for the price, the hard surface of the mat should allow one to make more precise cuts than a softer more cushioned mat surface.It has a good variety of angle guides that differ on each side.Only real downside is the measuring tics do not extend past the border, so you end up offsetting by a grid square to see where youre at, but its an easy fix with some patience, the supplied ruler, and a penThe ruler has a good set of features on it, I would consider buying that by itself if it was available.Ultimately, for my purposes I needed a mat with a softer surface than this has, so Im returning it

Mat and ruler ok - don't like rotary cutter
The mat is ok, but haven't used it a lot so far. The ruler is nice. Hate the rotary cutter. Maybe it's me, but it doesn't work well for me and the design doesn't feel right for me to cut. The blades aren't the best, so I used them for cutting anything but fabric. For the price, the mat and ruler are worth it, I guess.

Good for the money but the rotary blade seems dull
The mat and ruler are where the value is at. The rotary blade leaves something to be desired. I found I had to press pretty hard to get it to cut through a fleece fabric. But considering that the mat and ruler are almost double the price in the craft stores, I'll take it. I only have a one or two projects that I do a year so I didn't want to spend a fortune. Overall good purchase.
