These are more blue than white but will be ok.

These were perfect for the theme! You would need a helium tank for floating balloons, but this is a much more affordable way to decorate with balloons than paying a store to fill them up. These were a great size and stayed floating the whole evening. The quality is great for such a low price

I used these with a blue tinsel background to go with a rain- theme. The clouds are a nice size and the nice thing is there really is no right side up -- so you can use them in different orientations to change it up.
