Perfectly balanced flavors and curing, Great Product!
Excellent product! I have ordered 5 Jotas and Fermin Iberico products. I decided to change on this round and by far exceeded my expectations. The difference in my opinion is the outer layers were not as dry and over aged. This leg has 32 months but if you notice it has plenty of fat keeping the meat consistently cured. The flavor is perfectly balanced and the fat renders quickly and adds flavor.

Outstanding ham, dark color/lightly salted, melts in your mouth and very tender.Nice experience with friends and family.I had the Serrano ham, also very good, but you can tell the difference.A real treat!Recommended!

The best purchase ever - Monte Nevado Iberico Ham Bellota
I bought this as a present for my husband on his birthday who was missing the real taste of Iberico Ham Bellota, this was the best Iberico do I eat in my life I think this gift was also for me Lol.One of my close friends recommended Monte Nevado company to buy the Iberico, I wasn't sure for being honest I spend a month trying to find a company that was worthy, so I trusted him, if you are thinking of buying a real Iberico, of superior quality, equal to or better than the one you tried in Spain, look no other place, this is the best company that exists to satisfy the most exquisite palate.... I cannot contemplate in words the flavor of this ham, is top, top, top quality, texture, flavor, aroma.... simply spectacular! I honestly recommend it 100% to Iberico lovers. also to my surprise delivery was also so quick.Additionally tips, the jamón or paleta needs to rest in a special holder for proper leverage, and a special knife. Without these tools, it will be impossible to carve off those paper-thin slices.
