I've read Mark Ferguson's books "Fix and Flip Your Way to Financial Freedom", "Build a Rental Property Empire", and "How to Make it Big as a Real Estate Agent". Every one is straightforward, easy to digest, and LOADED with useful information. He's transparent about his business. No fluff. I refer back to them often. I also routinely watch his YouTube videos. He's been my go to source as I've educated myself about the real estate investment world over the past few years. This book in particular is the one I've leaned on the most while getting started in real estate investing. Yesterday I closed on my first flip. Vacant lot bought for $12,800, made some minor improvements, sold for $25,000. $8,300 net profit. Currently beginning remodel on my first house flip, and projecting healthy profit there as well. I owe these early successes to concepts I've learned in Mark's books. Can't recommend them enough.

Written in bite sized chapters, with real world and useful advice, the book is a good introductory read for someone looking at getting into real estate or flipping houses. It is not easy, and you will get that vibe clearly in the book. Lots of lessons learned, suggestions and offers to help. A good resource.

Stay as far away from this drivel as possible.Scattered, terrible publishing/chapter structure, non-sequential or progressive, switches from housing to rentals every other sentence, double-speak, on and on.I read this in a day and only took one piece of advice from it: don’t ever buy another book written by this dude.

I have some experience in flipping real estate. So for me I found this book really basic. There are some really good points that I will take away from it but the points I took away from it could of been narrowed down into 10 pages. If you are completely new to flipping though this is a great book to start with.

This book should be called Investor’s guide line to success! Every new investor in the game NEEDS this book! So much valuable information in this book. I’m amazed at the level of transparency and real life examples Mark used in this book. Thank you Mark! God bless you

I'm most of the way through this audio book having listened to this after "the book on investing in real estate with no money down" by Brandon Turner. I think I picked up more from Brandon Turner's book. There are some nuggets in this one though so it's worth the read/listen.

I was reading a lot of information about real estate and flipping houses. Definitely Mark's book is the one with the most valuable, current and clear details about flipping. Highly recommended!

Great book. Easy read. I have been flipping for 3 years and I am always looking for more knowledge. This book gave me some new strategies and ideas and was also motivating. I am looking forward to getting the rental book as well.
